  • Minor variations in color, texture, or design (as carpets are handcrafted products)

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

1. Report the Issue

You must email us at yourrugstore@gmail.com, +916393211790 within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Product details

  • Clear explanation of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the damage/defect

2. Verification & Approval

Our team will review your request.
If the issue is verified, we will approve the return and provide further instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging

  • Follow the return instructions shared by our team

  • If the issue is genuine, return shipping may be covered by us

4. Inspection & Resolution

Once we receive the item:

  • It will be inspected by our team

  • If approved, we will offer:

    • Replacement, or

    • Refund (if replacement is not available)

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier)

  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled
